Where Kindness Leads, Care Follows

At Highnum Homecare Solutions, we carry forward a legacy built on compassion, dignity, and community. Inspired by Grandma Wornum’s lifelong dedication to serving others, we are committed to providing care that uplifts, comforts, and brings hope into every home. Our team supports children, adults, seniors, veterans, and new mothers with gentle, personalized care tailored to their unique needs. We believe that every act of kindness has the power to transform lives — and every person we serve deserves to feel safe, valued, and supported. With Highnum, care is not just a service; it is a calling guided by purpose and delivered with heart.

Our Dedication

We dedicate our mission to Betty L. Wornum (Grandma Wornum), who was a pioneering health leader in the 1960s and 70s, and assisted in advancing health equity in Boston’s black and low-income neighborhoods. Grandma Wornum identified the need for community-based health care and social services in underserved urban neighborhoods in Boston.

In 1968, she co-founded The Roxbury Comprehensive Community Health Center, which served the Roxbury community for over four decades, providing primary care, dental, mental health and substance-abuse services. Though Grandma Wornum died in 2022, our goal is to keep her legacy and vision alive for many generations to come.

with open hearts and gentle hands, guided by a deep belief that kindness has the power to heal, uplift, and connect us all. Every visit, every smile, and every act of care is our promise to treat your loved ones as we would our own family, with compassion, respect, and love.
